Can I do exchanges or refund my order?

 

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are, however, completely unsatisfied with your order, please email us and we'll be glad to discuss options with you. Any shipping fees required will be paid by the customer.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, unfortunately. If you receive damaged items, please email bajaboutiquesales@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. This damage would have occurred during shipping and we are therefore not liable, however, we MAY offer a replacement product at no or a reduced cost. Again, customer pays the shipping fee.

We urge you to check all information before submitting payment. Since we do not offer exchanges or refunds, we encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
